The Lake House

This existing 2 bed detached bungalow on the outskirts of leafy Cheshire, was a project assigned to us from a local property developer. The brief was to take a run down 2 bed bungalow, which needed some TLC, and try to maximise the potential from the current building to try and achieve the maximum re-sale value for the client.

The outcome was adding a loft dormer in the roof space, we were able to transform this to a now modern 3 bed bungalow and create a whole new floor and useable space upstairs. Transforming the 2 bed and 1 bathroom bungalow, to a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom property.
