Kenmore Avenue

The brief on this project was quite simple, create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and make the space between 2 existing small rooms more ergonomically practical. We were instructed to provide full architectural and design services to extend, renovate and remodel internally and externally, successfully guiding the Client through the Planning and Building Regulations compliance process.

The existing rear extension was replaced with a newly built modern single storey extension, and the spine wall was removed to create the ever desired open plan Kitchen / Dining / Family space, with plenty of natural light flooding the space deep within using flat roof skylights and corner bi-fold doors.
