In this case, our clients are a retired couple who recently decided to downsize their house. They bought a property which required a small rear extension.
We designed the plans and are supervising the work – when completed, the property will feature a new downstairs toilet and utility space, larger pen plan kitchen and rear bi-fold doors opening on to their south facing garden.
